This Buyer Protection Guide forms part of the official Woodwawa Marketplace Policies and operates together with the terms printed on official Woodwawa receipts issued at the time of payment.
Woodwawa Network is a structured marketplace platform that connects buyers with independent furniture manufacturers and suppliers. While Woodwawa facilitates payments, referrals, and dispute communication, each seller remains independently responsible for their products and services.

- Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
- Warranty does not cover:
- Scratches or fading

Final responsibility for warranty service lies with the seller.
Woodwawa facilitates communication but does not directly perform repairs.
5. Custom Orders & Deposits
For custom furniture:
- Deposits may be required before production begins.
- Deposits are non-refundable once materials are purchased or production has commenced.
- Order changes must be requested within 12 hours of confirmation.
Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on material availability and workload.
6. Accurate Measurements & Access
Buyers are responsible for:
- Providing correct measurements.
- Ensuring accessibility through doors, staircases, lifts, and hallways.
- Confirming space suitability before ordering.
Errors resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the buyer may not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
7. Storage & Collection Policy
As referenced in the receipt:
- Items not collected within 7 days of agreed completion may attract storage charges.
- Unclaimed items after 30 days may be considered abandoned.
- Sellers may resell abandoned items.
8. Dispute Mediation
If disputes arise:
- Woodwawa may facilitate communication between buyer and seller.
- Solutions may include repair arrangements or negotiated adjustments.
- Woodwawa is not legally liable for independent seller actions.
Repeated seller non-compliance may result in removal from the platform.
9. Community Resale Transactions
Community resale listings are peer-to-peer transactions.
Unless expressly stated:
- Resale items are not covered under the primary Buyer Protection Program.
- No warranty applies.
- Buyers must independently verify condition before payment.
Woodwawa does not take ownership of resale goods.
10. Transparency Commitment

This does not increase the price paid by the buyer.
All verified transactions are documented and traceable through official receipts.
